Job summary

Vertafore seeks a Senior Consultant on the Professional Services team to partner with customers, deliver software implementations from kickoff to go-live, and maximize value from their investment. You will configure SaaS solutions, perform data conversion, lead training, and guide business process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex SaaS implementation projects from kickoff to go-live.
• Coordinate data conversion, configuration, and testing tasks.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and PS teams to align goals.
• Prepare statements of work and project deliverables.
• Mentor junior consultants and share best practices.
