Job summary

Resource Innovations seeks a Sr. Software Implementation Configuration Lead to drive the implementation and configuration of enterprise SaaS solutions for utilities.

You will partner with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable software solutions, leading workshops, defining requirements, and guiding implementation decisions. You will configure features, workflows, and interfaces using low-code/JavaScript/HTML/CSS, develop designs and docs, and oversee integrations, APIs, ETL, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/IT/Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–7+ years of experience implementing, configuring, or supporting enterprise SaaS, low-code, CRM, ERP, or workflow automation.
• Hands-on experience configuring SaaS apps including workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
• Experience with system integrations, REST APIs, ETL/data mapping, authentication, testing (UAT) and deployments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; energy/utility sectors preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of enterprise SaaS solutions for utilities.
• Partner with clients to gather requirements, run workshops, validate solutions, and guide decisions.
• Configure features, workflows, business rules, UIs, and client-specific functionality using low-code/JavaScript/HTML/CSS.
• Develop functional specs, solution designs, process flows, and configuration documentation.
• Lead system integrations, APIs, ETL processes, data mapping, authentication, and reporting.
• Plan and execute configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and production releases.
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with Product and Development teams to resolve challenges.
• Mentor consultants and provide technical leadership on complex engagements.
