Job summary

Sinch is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Engage Product & Tech Finance team in Chicago. You will analyze SaaS metrics, build revenue and gross profit models, and partner with cross-functional teams to inform senior management decisions.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in financial analytics, strong Excel and PowerPoint, experience with Tableau, Netsuite, Anaplan, or Salesforce, and a data-driven storytelling ability. This role offers flexible remote options and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in a financial analyst role, preferably SaaS or subscription business.
• Proficiency in Excel and strong PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and financial skills with a data-driven focus.
• Experience with Tableau, Netsuite, Anaplan and/or Salesforce is a plus.
• Proven ability to visualize data and tell a compelling story.
• Strong customer service focus and collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Analyze SaaS metrics including MRR, ARR, churn, CAC, LTV, and expansion revenue.
• Own and improve financial models for revenue, gross profit forecasting and unit economics.
• Leverage cross-functional input to enhance forecasting accuracy and GP drivers.
• Participate in monthly closing, forecasting, and budgeting processes with pricing analysis.
• Streamline profitability reporting per customer for top customers.
• Partner with the Engage Product team to enable data-driven decision making.
