Job summary

Sinch is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Engage Product Finance Team. You will analyze SaaS metrics, build and refine complex financial models focused on gross profit, and provide data-driven insights to senior management to guide strategic decisions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, forecasting, and profitability reporting for key customers, with a strong emphasis on driving value and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in financial analysis, preferably SaaS or subscription.
• Proficiency in Excel; strong PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication and data-driven financial skills.
• Experience with Tableau, Netsuite, Anaplan, or Salesforce is a plus.
• Ability to visualize data and tell a compelling story.
• Customer-focused and collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Analyze SaaS metrics: MRR, ARR, churn, CAC, LTV.
• Own and improve financial models for revenue and GP forecasting.
• Use market data and cross-functional input to refine GP drivers.
• Participate in monthly close, forecasting, budgeting.
• Streamline profitability reporting per customer for top accounts.
• Partner with Engage Product team to enable decisions.
