Job summary

Sinch is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Engage Product Finance Team. You will analyze SaaS metrics, develop forecasts, and provide data-driven insights to senior management.

The role emphasizes gross profit drivers, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic pricing impact. You will partner with product, finance, and sales to build sophisticated models, support monthly closes, and influence decision-making with actionable analytics.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in a financial analyst role, preferably SaaS or subscription business.
• Proficiency in Excel and strong skills in PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and financial skills with a data-driven focus.
• Experience with Tableau, Netsuite, Anaplan and/or Salesforce is a plus.
• Proven ability to visualize data and tell a compelling story.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to create value for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze SaaS metrics including MRR, ARR, churn rates, CAC, LTV, and expansion revenue.
• Own and improve financial models for revenue/GP forecasting, unit economics, and scenario planning.
• Use market information and cross-functional input to enhance forecasting accuracy and GP drivers.
• Participate in monthly closing, forecasting, and budgeting processes; analyze pricing scenarios.
• Streamline profitability reporting on a per-customer basis for top customers.
• Collaborate with the Engage Product team to provide informed analysis and drive resource efficiency.
