Job summary

Sinch is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Product and Tech Finance Team, supporting the Engage business segment. You will solve complex business problems with deep analytics and business recommendations, focusing on gross profit drivers to aid senior management decisions.

You will analyze SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, churn, CAC, LTV) and build sophisticated models for revenue, unit economics, and scenario planning.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in a financial analyst role, preferably SaaS or subscription business.

Responsibilities

• Analyze SaaS metrics including MRR, ARR, churn, CAC, LTV, and expansion revenue.
• Own and improve financial models for revenue, gross profit forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Support monthly close, forecast, and budgeting; provide pricing analysis and profitability reporting.
• Partner with Engage Product team to drive insights and resource optimization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on special projects with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Job description

• As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role within the Product and Tech Finance Team, supporting the Engage business segment
• In this role you will be responsible for solving complex business problems spanning a wide range of cross-functional business activities, including deep analytics and business recommendations
• This position will have a heavy focus on gross profit and the identification of key drivers to assist senior management in the decision‑making process
• This is an exciting opportunity to influence, develop, and grow your role within Sinch while reporting directly to the Email & Applications Finance Manager
• Analyze SaaS metrics including MRR, ARR, churn rates, CAC, LTV, and expansion revenue
• Own and improve sophisticated financial models for revenue/GP forecasting, unit economics, and scenario planning
• Use market information and cross‑functional input to enhance forecasting accuracy and provide greater insight into GP drivers
• Participate in monthly closing, forecasting, and budgeting processes as well as providing analysis on customer pricing scenarios. Streamline profitability reporting on a per‑customer basis for top customers
• Act as a valued business partner to the Engage Product team by providing informed, proactive analysis and business insights to enable effective decision‑making and efficient resource utilization
• Collaborate with peers to complete special projects while effectively managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines
