Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in DevOps or SRE for SaaS production systems.
• Experience designing highly available systems with uptime targets up to 99.999%.
• Expertise implementing disaster recovery across multiple regions.
• Managing distributed production systems serving customers.
• Leading incident response and root cause analysis.

Responsabilités

• Operate, scale, and continuously improve SaaS production platforms across distributed environments.
• Design and implement uninterrupted solutions to achieve 99.999% availability.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery strategies across data centers in various regions.
• Develop and maintain automation, tools, and scripts to improve deployment efficiency.
• Implement and improve monitoring, alerting, and observability for proactive issue prevention.
• Own system performance, availability, and scalability for customer-facing services.
• Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
• Lead incident response, perform root cause analyses, and implement lasting remediation.
