Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking an experienced DevOps/SRE professional to lead data streaming, processing, and monitoring infrastructure across AWS and GCP. You will deploy and manage services on Kubernetes (EKS/GKE) and drive cost-effective cloud infrastructure with Terraform.

You will maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, ArgoCD, and GitHub Actions, while optimizing observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog. Strong SRE fundamentals are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure roles.
• Strong experience with AWS and GCP data services (Kinesis, Glue, Pub/Sub, Dataflow).
• Production workloads on Kubernetes (EKS/GKE).
• IaC with Terraform; CI/CD with Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitHub Enterprise Actions.
• Python automation/scripting; observability with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, CloudWatch.
• Solid grasp of SRE principles and cost optimization in cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive initiatives to implement best practices for data streaming, processing, analytics and monitoring infrastructure.
• Deploy and manage services on Kubernetes platforms such as EKS and GKE.
• Provision and manage cloud infra with Terraform, focusing on security and cost-efficiency.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments and tests with Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions.
• Work with cloud-native data services (Kinesis, Glue, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, BigQuery) and BigTable.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive reliability improvements.
• Apply SRE practices to improve reliability, scalability, and cost effectiveness.
• Collaborate across teams to align dev workflows and infrastructure.
