Datadog, Inc. is seeking a Senior Deal Desk Analyst to partner with Sales Operations, Billing, Contracts and Legal to structure and quote SaaS deals for a growing global team. This hybrid role emphasizes collaboration across functions to meet customer needs while upholding internal policies.

You will engage in pricing strategies, negotiate directly with customers when required, and act as the pricing subject matter expert to ensure accurate, timely quotes and optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Deal Desk experience.
• Ability to structure/quote complex SaaS transactions.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition principles.
• Data-driven with strong quantitative skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop in-depth knowledge of licensing and pricing models to support global sales teams.
• Negotiate deals directly with customers as needed.
• Ensure adherence to selling policies and internal controls.
• Coordinate with legal, contracts, revenue, and product teams.
• Serve as a deal pricing SME for Sales across functions.
• Resolve customer satisfaction issues post-deal.
