Network Talent is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager for a fast-growing SaaS platform based in New York. You will be the first market representative, collaborating closely with Sales and Product teams to ensure customer success and long-term retention.

You bring at least 5 years in Revenue Management (hotels) with experience engaging senior stakeholders, thriving in a dynamic startup. Background in Tech, Sales, Hospitality or Consultancy is a bonus.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Revenue Management experience within hotels.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-growing start-up environment.
• Bonus: background in Tech, Sales, Hospitality or Consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Be the first representation in the market and partner with Sales and Product teams.
• Build solid business relationships and drive long-term customer retention.
• Oversee onboarding, customer satisfaction and retention.
• Lead change management pre- and post-sales; prepare, implement, and review changes as needed.
