• Owned SaaS customer agreements from start to finish; knows when to escalate.

• Own the customer contract lifecycle from intake to execution.
• Draft, redline, and negotiate customer contracts.
• Lead live negotiation calls with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage agreements through execution and close during peak periods.
