The ideal candidate will work independently and partner with internal teams to ensure timely deal turnaround. Compensation ranges between $110 and $135 per hour, offering flexibility and engaging projects with top legal teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Contracts and SaaS Agreements.
• Experience in an in-house legal environment.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial contract review and negotiation.
