Job summary

BlackLine seeks a Senior Professional Services Solutions Consultant to drive services sales for its SaaS accounting platform. You will translate customer needs into SOWs, estimate LOE, and guide implementation with cross-functional teams.

You will own strategic opportunities with existing customers, align with product, finance and services, and ensure successful handoffs from sales to delivery. A strong background in accounting software and project management is required.

Qualifications

• Experience selling SaaS or accounting-related services.
• Ability to translate customer objectives into service solutions.
• Experience drafting and negotiating Statements of Work (SOW).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• 4+ years in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a pipeline of services opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
• Estimate LOE for implementation and prepare SOWs with timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with product, success, and technical teams for seamless handoffs.
• Track services activities, forecasts, and project budgets in CRM.
• Meet or exceed services sales quotas and KPIs.
