Job summary

Qcells North America is seeking a Sr. Sales and Operations Specialist to lead and execute sales and operations plans for our solar module products at the Cartersville site.

You will collaborate with Sales, Production and Logistics to optimize S&OP processes and drive data-driven decisions within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes strong communication, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams while maintaining a focus on continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; higher preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication with cross-team collaboration.
• Detail-oriented with solid data analysis skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Team player with accountability and strong organizational skills.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, shipment timelines and delivery schedules.
• Manage accounts receivable to support informed decisions.
• Process monthly sales transactions, issue invoices and payments.
• Monitor inventory levels and flag shortages or surpluses.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production and Logistics to optimize S&OP.
• Act as liaison between departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Apply best practices and continuous improvement to S&OP activities.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
