Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; higher preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.

• Experience with SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, shipment timelines and delivery schedules.
• Manage accounts receivable to support informed decisions.
• Process monthly sales transactions, issue invoices and payments.
• Monitor inventory levels and flag shortages or surpluses.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production and Logistics to optimize S&OP.
• Act as liaison between departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Apply best practices and continuous improvement to S&OP activities.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage Purchase Orders from sales equities, Sales Orders, shipment timelines, and delivery schedules while optimizing supply chain efficiency.
• Manage accounts receivable (AR) to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Meticulously manage monthly sales transactions, issue invoices, and administer payments.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages or surpluses.
• Collaborate closely with diverse teams involved in Sales, Production, and Logistics to optimize the S&OP process.
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Production, and Logistics to ensure seamless coordination.
• Leverage industry best practices and continuous improvement to continually enhance S&OP process activities.
• Fulfill other responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 5+ Years of relevant work experience
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively cooperate with diverse teams and departments.
• Detail-oriented with strong data analytical abilities.
• Robust Microsoft Excel skills.
• Thrives in a team environment.
• Accountable with outstanding organizational aptitude.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP software.
• Fluency in Korean would be a valuable asset, though not required.
