Job summary

Qcells North America is seeking a Planning Specialist to analyze production KPIs across global factories, including the U.S., Korea, and Malaysia. You will lead variance analyses, CAPEX data reviews, and develop actionable cost-saving and efficiency improvements.

You will collaborate with manufacturing teams and management to drive data-driven decisions, balancing cost with quality, while supporting green energy initiatives and the broader solar value chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• Fluency in Korean with the ability to communicate with management.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to visualize data.
• Advanced Excel skills and capability to build complex models.
• Strong teamwork, organizational aptitude, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and facilitate production KPIs for global factories.
• Collaborate with factories to develop production plans and meet objectives.
• Monitor internal/external changes and align production indices.
• Conduct daily/monthly production variance analysis and propose corrective actions.
• Compile CAPEX data and analyze deviations to drive insights.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities to ensure competitive pricing.
• Assess economic benefits of new manufacturing tech, automation, and digital tools.
• Resolve day-to-day production/cost/budget issues related to operations.
