Job summary

Green Recruitment Company is seeking a Sr Quality Manager to lead our client's solar module manufacturing quality at the U.S. plant. You will own the QMS, drive CAPA and RCA, and partner with production and process teams to ensure scalable, high-quality modules.

You will mentor a quality team and coordinate audits, ensuring adherence to ISO 9001 and relevant standards as manufacturing scales up.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of manufacturing quality experience, ideally in high-volume environments.
• Experience leading a plant or production quality function with a team.
• Strong knowledge of QMS, ISO 9001, CAPA, RCA, 8D, SPC and improvement methods.
• Experience managing incoming, in-process and finished-product quality.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, process controls and data-driven improvement.
• Experience handling customer quality issues, audits and supplier quality management.
• Solar module manufacturing experience and IEC/UL familiarity preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality management across incoming materials, production, and finished solar modules.
• Own and improve the site Quality Management System, audits, documentation and compliance.
• Establish quality standards, inspection plans and KPIs for defects, yield, FPY, scrap, and customer quality.
• Lead non-conformance management, root-cause analysis and CAPA; drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Production, Process Engineering and Equipment teams to resolve issues.
• Manage customer complaints, quality investigations and technical responses with timely actions.
• Support supplier quality management, incoming material qualification and supplier CAPA.
• Lead and develop the plant quality team of engineers, supervisors and inspectors.
• Support audits and maintain compliance with solar manufacturing and quality standards.
