Job summary

Cytel seeks an experienced epidemiology analytics professional in Washington, DC to support Real World Data (RWD) studies and regulatory/ safety documentation. You will work with epidemiologists to plan analyses, develop data-ready datasets, and deliver results to clients and internal teams.

The role requires 5+ years in RWE analytics, strong SQL with SAS or R, and excellent stakeholder communication. Collaboration across projects and potential supervisory duties are expected as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in related field and 5+ years in RWE analytics for pharma, CRO, or academia.
• Proficiency in SQL; SAS or R required; familiarity with data vendors and clinical trial data.
• Experience with regression and survival analyses; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist epidemiology team with planning analyses using large RWD sources.
• Prepare datasets, create analysis-ready databases, and run analyses per protocols.
• Produce tables/figures and present results to stakeholders.
• Support regulatory and safety documentation with analytical evidence.
