Job summary

Cytel Inc. in the United States seeks an experienced epidemiology/RWE analyst to prepare real-world data, advise on analytic strategies, and support stakeholders across pharmacovigilance and clinical development.

You will collaborate with epidemiologists to build analytical databases, perform SQL/SAS/R analyses, and present results to clients. You will work with data vendors, ensure timely project delivery, and may assume supervisory responsibilities in the future as you contribute to

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in epidemiology, biostatistics, statistics, bioinformatics, economics with 5+ years of RWE analytics experience.
• Must have intermediate to expert SQL; SAS or R proficiency required.
• Deep expertise analyzing RWE sources such as Optum Clinformatics Datamart, Truveta, UK Biobank.
• Experience with relational databases and claims/registry data formats.
• Experience with regression, survival, and propensity weighting analyses.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of study protocols and analysis plans using large RWD sources.
• Liaise with data vendors for data extracts and create analytical databases.
• Conduct analyses per study protocols and generate tables/figures for reports.
• Present results to investigators and clients; contribute to study reports.
• Possibility of supervisory responsibilities in the future.
