You will work independently and with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and shop efficiency.

The role emphasizes mentoring junior technicians, maintaining safety and workmanship standards, and delivering top‑tier service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on RV repair experience.
• RVTI certification or equivalent credential.
• Ability to lead and mentor technicians.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must own a set of personal tools.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect units for service readiness and customer delivery.
• Diagnose and repair RV systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, chassis).
• Install aftermarket accessories (solar, satellite, leveling jacks, hitches, awnings).
• Complete pre-delivery inspections and maintain service records.
• Train entry-level technicians and ensure safety compliance.
• Keep work area organized and stocked with tools/materials.
