Job summary

Bish’s RV is seeking a skilled and dependable Experienced RV Technician to join our service team. In this role, you will independently diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and chassis components.

Your technical expertise and attention to detail will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, shop efficiency, and overall service quality.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on RV repair experience
• Strong working knowledge of RV systems and repair procedures
• RVTI certification preferred
• Ability to work independently and as a team leader
• Personal tools and good physical condition

Responsibilities

• Inspect units for customer sales
• Learn and execute Get Ready and customer orientation
• Diagnose and repair RV systems including electric, plumbing, propane, appliances, HVAC, chassis
• Install aftermarket accessories (solar, satellite, leveling jacks, hitches, awnings)
• Complete pre-delivery inspections and prepare units for delivery
• Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and time tracking
• Provide guidance and training to entry-level technicians
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and dealership standards
• Keep workspace organized and stocked
