Bish’s RV is seeking an Experienced RV Technician to diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and chassis components. You will work independently and with a team to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on RV repair experience.
• Strong working knowledge of RV systems and repairs.
• RVTI certification preferred.
• Own set of personal tools and ability to lead others.

Responsibilities

• Inspect units and diagnose a wide range of RV systems (electric, plumbing, propane, appliances, HVAC, chassis).
• Install aftermarket accessories such as solar panels and leveling jacks.
• Complete pre-delivery inspections and document repairs.
• Maintain records of parts usage and time.
• Mentor junior technicians and uphold safety standards.
• Keep work area organized and stocked.
