Job summary

Bish’s RV, Inc. is seeking an Experienced RV Technician to diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and chassis.

You will lead complex diagnostics, mentor junior technicians, and maintain high workmanship standards to ensure customer satisfaction and shop efficiency. The role requires strong knowledge of RV components, the ability to work independently, a set of personal tools, and flexibility with Saturdays.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on RV repair or related mechanical/electrical experience.
• Strong working knowledge of RV systems, components, and repair procedures.
• RVTI certification.
• Ability to work independently and as a team leader.

Responsibilities

• Inspect units for customer sales.
• Diagnose and repair RV systems including electric, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, chassis, and structural components.
• Install aftermarket accessories such as solar panels, satellite systems, leveling jacks, hitches, and awnings.
• Complete pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and prepare units for customer delivery.
• Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and time tracking.
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training to entry-level and mid-level technicians.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and dealership standards.
• Keep workspace organized, clean, and stocked with essential tools and materials.
