Job summary

Bish’s RV, Inc. is seeking an Experienced RV Technician to diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of RV systems. You will lead diagnostics, mentor junior technicians, and uphold high workmanship standards to boost customer satisfaction and shop efficiency.

Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on RV repair or related mechanical/electrical experience.
RVTI certification.
Ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for long periods; lift 25–50 lbs with an assistive device.

Responsibilities

Inspect units for customer sales.
Diagnose and repair RV systems (electric, plumbing, propane, appliances, HVAC, chassis).
Install aftermarket accessories (solar panels, satellite systems, leveling jacks, hitches, awnings).
Complete pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and prepare units for delivery.
Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and time tracking.
Provide guidance and on-the-job training to entry-level technicians.
Ensure safety regulations and dealership standards are followed.
