Bish’s RV, Inc. is seeking a skilled RV Technician to diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and chassis components. Pay targets are $25–$50 hourly, with top performers earning $120,000+ annually.

The role requires 4+ years of hands-on RV repair, RVTI certification, and personal tools. You will lead diagnostics, mentor technicians, and help improve shop efficiency in a family-owned, high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on RV repair or related mechanical/electrical experience.
• Strong working knowledge of RV systems, components and repair procedures.
• RVTI certification required.
• Ability to work independently and as a team leader.
• Own a set of personal tools.
• Physical ability to lift 25–50 lbs and stand/crouch for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of RV makes/models.
• Inspect units for customer sales and prepare for delivery.
• Install aftermarket accessories and perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI).
• Maintain service records and times; mentor junior technicians.
• Ensure safety compliance and uphold dealership standards.
• Keep workspace organized and stocked with necessary tools.
