Job summary

Bish’s RV is seeking a skilled and dependable RV Technician to join our service team in Great Falls, MT. You will diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of RV systems, from electrical to HVAC, ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities include leading diagnostics, mentoring junior technicians, and maintaining accurate service records. A strong knowledge of RV systems and RVTI certification are essential; ability to lift 25–50 lbs and pass background/drug tests.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands‑on RV repair or related mechanical/electrical experience.
• Strong working knowledge of RV systems, components, and repair procedures.
• RVTI certification.
• Ability to work independently and as a team leader.
• Have a set of personal tools.

Responsibilities

• Inspect units for customer sales
• Learn and execute a Get Ready and customer orientation
• Diagnose and repair RV systems including but not limited to: electric (AC/DC), plumbing, propane, appliances, HVAC, chassis, and structural components
• Install aftermarket accessories such as solar panels, satellite systems, leveling jacks, hitches, and awnings
• Complete pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and prepare units for customer delivery
• Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and time tracking
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training to entry-level and mid-level technicians
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and dealership standards
• Keep workspace organized, clean, and stocked with essential tools and materials
