Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on RV repair or related mechanical/electrical experience.
• Strong working knowledge of RV systems, components, and repair procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as a team leader.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances.
• Inspect units for customer sales and prepare units for customer delivery.
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training to entry-level technicians.
