Bish’s RV is seeking an experienced RV Technician to diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of RV systems in our Billings, MT area shop. You will work independently and lead diagnostic efforts while mentoring junior technicians to maintain high workmanship and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 4+ years of hands-on RV repair, RVTI certification, and the ability to lift 25-50 lbs. A strong safety mindset and commitment to excellent service are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on RV repair or related mechanical/electrical experience.
• Strong knowledge of RV systems and repair procedures.
• Ability to work independently and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances.
• Lead complex diagnostics and repairs on diverse RV makes/models.
• Install aftermarket accessories and maintain service records.
