Responsibilities

• Lead daily Service and Warranty Department operations including service technicians and warranty staff.
• Coordinate repair schedules, technician assignments, workload priorities, and department staffing.
• Oversee warranty claims, verify eligibility, documentation, and repair authorization.
• Monitor warranty costs and identify opportunities to reduce costs without compromising customer satisfaction.
• Establish and monitor KPI including warranty cost per unit, claim turnaround time, open claims, and repair efficiency.
• Serve as escalation point for complex customer and dealer concerns.
• Maintain professional relationships with dealers, customers and service partners.
• Provide regular departmental performance updates to senior management.
