Qualifications

• 3–5 years of RV service experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong understanding of RV systems and diagnostic/repair methods.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to develop and manage budgets and analyze financial reports.
• Experience with service management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train, and motivate service technicians and support staff.
• Schedule and assign work to ensure timely, efficient completion of service orders.
• Oversee shop operations, budgeting, inventory management, and workflow optimization.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Provide accurate service estimates, timelines, and updates to customers.
• Recruit, hire, and evaluate service personnel.
• Coordinate ongoing training to keep staff updated on RV technologies and repair techniques.
