Bish’s RV is seeking a skilled RV Technician to diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of RV systems. You will work independently and as part of a team to ensure high-quality workmanship, accurate records, and customer satisfaction in Coldwater, MI.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on RV repair or related mechanical/electrical experience.
• Strong working knowledge of RV systems, components, and repair procedures.
• RVTI certification.
• Ability to pass a background and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair RV systems including electrical, plumbing, propane, appliances, HVAC, chassis, and structural components.
• Install aftermarket accessories such as solar panels, satellite systems, leveling jacks, hitches, and awnings.
• Complete pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and prepare units for customer delivery.
• Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and time tracking.
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training to entry-level and mid-level technicians.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and dealership standards.
