Responsibilities

Define and influence the direction of a small team with expertise in tracking and state estimation
Architect, maintain, and evolve complex software systems to improve performance and scalability
Prototype and deploy state-of-the-art tracking, multi-sensor fusion, and state estimation algorithms
Develop high-performance Rust software for real-time systems and simulation environments
Design and implement robust filters, estimators, and probabilistic reasoning for noisy sensor data
Apply software design patterns to manage technical debt and production evolution
Analyze system performance using simulations and statistical techniques to validate benefits
Drive customer success by tailoring algorithms for mission-critical use cases
