Revenue3 is seeking a Senior Rust Backend Engineer to design and build core services, APIs, and adapters for a scalable, AI-native transaction workflow engine. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure security, performance, and reliability in fintech platforms.

You will tackle complex backend challenges, microservice ecosystems, and blockchain-related workflows in a flexible, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Strong background in software engineering with a focus on backend development.
• Proficiency in Rust programming language is essential.
• Experience building scalable, secure, high-performance systems.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures, messaging systems, and microservices is desirable.
• Understanding blockchain technologies, digital assets, and financial workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver reliable, secure, high-performance software across core and edge services, APIs, adapters, databases, cryptography, and network communications.
• Build integrations using messaging and event-driven patterns across blockchain and traditional financial rails.
• Help evolve an AI-native digital-twin model and financial-ontology graphs for AI systems to query and act upon.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical specifications and prototypes.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative technologies.
