Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of backend development experience.
• Strong CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, threading, networking.
• Experience with Rust or readiness to master Rust in production.
• Linux internals, performance profiling, and debugging distributed systems.
• Innovative mindset, fast learner, and adaptability in a fast-changing tech landscape.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build the core infrastructure platform for the US securities trading system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate trading requirements into scalable tech.
• Optimize code and architecture for microsecond latency and high throughput.
• Ensure resilience with monitoring, failover strategies, and high availability.
• Modernize the tech stack and advocate best practices in systems programming and IaC.
