Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Color Designer, Run Footwear in Baltimore to elevate color design across footwear categories. You will develop seasonal narratives, build color palettes, and translate strategy into production-ready color applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires an eye for color, trend awareness, and the ability to lead color concepts through execution while ensuring performance and brand alignment.

Qualifications

• BA, BFA or BS in Color, Apparel, Graphic or Fashion Design preferred.
• 8+ years of experience preferred.
• Advanced user of Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop seasonal color narratives rooted in brand direction, athlete insights, culture and trend research.
• Build cohesive color palettes that communicate story, mood and performance goals.
• Translate strategy into actionable color application across footwear lines.
• Own color CADs, material callouts and final color tech packs with precision.
