Job summary

Under Armour seeks a Sr. Professional, Footwear Color Development, to elevate UA color for footwear while also contributing to other brand initiatives. The role offers exposure to new materials, advanced tech, and opportunities to work with global teams.

The position requires 4+ years of relevant experience, a BA/BS in a design or development field, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally. Hybrid work is in place with a Baltimore base.

Qualifications

• Superior color discrimination verified by FM100 assessment.
• Digital FM100 test completed during interview.
• Physical FM100 test required upon hire and every six months.
• Knowledge of color development lifecycle: lab dips, bulk lot approvals, color review/approval processes.
• Experience with footwear components: footwear, trims, hardgoods, other materials.

Responsibilities

• Own color development processes, procedures, and execution for footwear components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional footwear teams and suppliers on color development.
• Create, publish, and maintain Color Development SOPs for footwear components.
