Job summary
Under Armour is seeking a Sr. Professional, Footwear Color Development to elevate color development for footwear products.
The role focuses on color development processes, data integrity, and collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver consistent color across Footwear components. Ideal candidates bring advanced color science knowledge, experience with PLM systems, and a track record of ensuring color accuracy from concept to production.
Qualifications
- FM100 color vision assessment demonstrated
- Understanding of color development lifecycle (lab dips, approvals)
- Experience with color data management and color submissions
- Proficiency with enterprise software systems including PLM and MS Office
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the color development process for Footwear components
- Collaborate with cross-functional Footwear teams and suppliers on color development
- Develop and maintain Color Development SOPs
- Train suppliers on color development standards
- Review color submissions and provide feedback to suppliers
- Support color feasibility documentation with third-party experts
