Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. in Baltimore seeks a Sr. Professional, Footwear Color Development to elevate color development for footwear. This role focuses on guiding color processes and collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to deliver market-ready color solutions.

You will own SOPs, manage data, train partners, and support color feasibility studies and 3D material initiatives. Travel domestically and internationally as needed; hybrid schedule with four in-office days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 4+ years in footwear color development.
• Strong color discrimination via FM100 test; ongoing testing required.
• Experience with PLM systems and color data management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong communication.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage color development process for footwear components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers on color processes.
• Develop and maintain Color Development SOPs.
• Train suppliers on color development standards.
• Review and approve color submissions with color analysts.
• Support color data management and PLM enhancements.
• Assist in seasonal color palette development.
