Job summary

Under Armour seeks a Sr. Professional, Footwear Color Development in Baltimore. The role focuses on advancing color development for Footwear components, collaborating with suppliers, and maintaining SOPs while contributing to data management and PLM improvements.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in color development, strong color science knowledge, and the ability to travel domestically/internationally as needed. Hybrid work schedule; base compensation ranges with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent footwear/material development experience.
• FM100 color vision assessment required with ongoing testing.
• Experience with color development lifecycle and non-apparel components a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the color development process for Footwear components.
• Collaborate with suppliers to create color submissions and SOPs.
• Develop and maintain Color Development SOPs for Footwear products.
• Train suppliers on color standards and best practices.
• Support color data management and PLM enhancements across projects.
• Assist with seasonal color palette development and feasibility documentation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure color alignment and approvals.
