Job summary

Qualifications
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask under deadlines.
- Strong trend awareness and color storytelling.
- Excellent presentation skills for cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with ability to meet multiple deadlines.
- BA/BS/BFA in color, apparel, graphic or fashion design preferred.
- 8+ years of experience preferred; advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop seasonal color narratives rooted in brand direction and trends.
- Build cohesive color palettes across footwear lines.
- Translate strategy into actionable color application and CADs.
- Own color CADs, material callouts, and color tech packs with accuracy.
- Collaborate with design, product, engineering and development teams.
- Lead color concepts from concept through production.
- Present color concepts clearly to stakeholders.
