You will design, implement, and deliver scalable Ruby on Rails applications that impact millions of Americans, while upholding accessibility, security, and performance standards. You will collaborate with government partners and contractors, work in an agile environment, and contribute to strategy, planning, and post-production support.

Qualifications

• At least 12 years of experience in full‑stack engineering in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience building scalable web-based systems (front-end and back-end).
• Able to work with Ruby on Rails and modern web technologies.
• Strong communication skills and client services experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, review, and build well-crafted software with fellow engineers.
• Collaborate with government partners and contractors to deploy new systems and improvements.
• Work in an agile manner to ship features that meet user needs.
• Create tools and processes to automate development, testing, and production workflows.
• Participate in post-production testing and support; contribute to documentation and code reviews.
