Qualifications

• Experience with Ruby, Ruby on Rails, Typescript.
• 12+ years of full-stack engineering in fast-paced environments.
• Web-based systems experience, front-end & back-end.
• Experience on large-scale applications and systems.
• Adaptive, empathetic, collaborative mindset with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, review, and build well-crafted software with Nava engineers.
• Collaborate with government partners and contractors to deploy new systems.
• Work in an agile environment to ship features meeting user needs.
• Create tools to automate development, testing, and production workflows.
• Write and review technical docs; perform code reviews.
• Participate in on-call rotations to support production systems.
• Take part in hiring activities as needed.
