Qualifications

• 6+ years of Ruby on Rails experience.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining APIs.
• Hands-on development with production Rails apps.
• Ability to lead engineering teams while remaining hands-on.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop APIs, including REST and GraphQL endpoints.
• Develop and maintain production-grade Ruby services.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, security, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with Technical Leads and API Architects.
• Monitor and optimize API performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Triage production issues and implement enhancements.
• Contribute to API documentation and secure development practices.
