Job summary

Teradyne's Digital ASIC Group seeks a Senior RTL Digital Design Engineer to develop complex mixed-signal ASICs for next-generation test systems. You will work closely with architects, analog designers, verification, and physical design teams to drive digital design from architecture through silicon bring-up.

The role offers ownership of critical ASIC subsystems and the chance to influence technical direction in a highly collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• BSEE required; MSEE or PhD desired.
• 8+ years of ASIC or digital design experience with Verilog/SystemVerilog RTL.
• Experience designing complex digital blocks and DFT-friendly architectures.
• Familiar with ASIC flows: synthesis, STA, CDC, timing closure.
• Experience integrating IP into large-scale SoCs or ASICs.
• Proficient in Python, Tcl, Make or similar scripting.
• Experience in verification, silicon bring-up, debugging, root-cause analysis.
• Strong collaboration and mentoring skills.
