Jobgether SRL on behalf of a partner is seeking a Senior ROW Agent / Project Manager for transmission & distribution projects in the United States. You will lead land acquisition from research through negotiations and delivery, coordinating with clients, landowners, agencies, and engineering teams.

The role emphasizes autonomy in a remote environment with a California base, strong leadership, and client-management responsibilities across major infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of right-of-way/land acquisition experience on electric transmission projects.
• Leadership and PM experience overseeing complex ROW initiatives.
• Strong client relationship management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Identify and verify property ownership via records and title research.
• Lead negotiations for rights-of-way, easements, and property interests.
• Prepare and interpret land and ROW agreements, deeds, and licenses.
• Maintain project records, communications, and transaction data.
• Oversee permits, licenses, and related real estate documents.
• Lead meetings and coordinate with clients, landowners, and regulatory bodies.
• Manage project schedules, deliverables, and costs.
