Atwell, LLC is seeking a Land Solutions Project Manager to support a leading electric transmission client across ROW projects in the Midwest, with a focus on the St. Louis region.

The role is remote, but frequent in-person engagement in St. Louis is preferred. You will manage land/ROW acquisition, easement negotiations, and related site activities, while coordinating with sub-consultants and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Land Planning, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of project management experience with electric transmission or energy land work.
• Experience with easement acquisition and land agreements for transmission projects.
• Ability to travel regionally throughout Missouri and surrounding areas.

Responsabilités

• Oversee land and ROW acquisition activities for transmission projects.
• Establish scope, budgets, and schedules; manage contracts and sub‑consultants.
• Provide regular financial and progress reporting to leadership.
• Serve as trusted advisor to the client and expand scope locally.
• Coach and mentor project team.
