Job summary

TRC Companies, Inc. is seeking a Sr. ROW Agent in the United States to manage right-of-way processes including title, permitting, acquisition, and documentation. You will negotiate easements, maintain logs, and support construction while adhering to safety plans.

The role requires knowledge of land description, property rights, and strong negotiation skills, with experience in ROW or real estate for public projects.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred or relevant experience in ROW or real estate.
• IRWA designation or Notary Public is desirable.
• Experience providing ROW or real estate services to public organizations.
• Knowledge of condemnation processes and eminent domain rules.

Responsibilities

• Assist ROW Supervisor in guiding ROW Agents.
• Secure property access permissions from landowners and tenants.
• Negotiate ROW options, easements and related documents.
• Develop construction lines from property restrictions.
• Maintain detailed diary and weekly activity reports.
• Log all payments and document ROW activities.
• Support construction activities and adhere to Safety Plan.
