TRC, a global environmental and engineering firm, is hiring multiple ROW/Land Agents for a major project in West Virginia. The Sr. ROW Agent will oversee title, permitting, acquisition, and documentation, with deep knowledge of property valuation and ROW plans.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and reporting skills are essential. Applicants should have an Associate's degree or equivalent experience, IRWA designation preferred, and demonstrated experience in ROW or public sector real estate

Formación

• Associate's degree preferred or relevant experience.
• SR/WA or other IRWA Designation Notary Public.
• Experience in ROW or real estate services for public projects.
• Knowledge of real property interests acquisition and condemnation.
• Strong negotiation and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist ROW Supervisor with guidance to ROW Agents.
• Negotiate ROW options, easements, or fee interests.
• Secure access to properties from landowners and tenants.
• Maintain detailed diaries and weekly activity reports.
• Log and track all payments and settlements.
• Support construction activities as required.
• Document all ROW activities and adhere to Safety Plan.
