Job summary

TPC in Houston is seeking a Senior Rotating Equipment Engineer to lead long‑term strategies for pumps, turbines, compressors and valve systems, and to shape asset maintenance and reliability programs. You will guide the life cycle of critical machinery, coordinate with operations and engineering teams, and drive improvements that enhance onstream availability across processes.

The role requires deep experience with rotating equipment in petrochem, strong communication, and a proactive safety

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of rotating equipment experience in the petrochemical industry.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Vibration analysis certification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop long term strategies for plant rotating equipment.
• Build asset maintenance strategies and ITPM plans per RAGAGEP.
• Lead troubleshooting with operations and other engineers.
• Support capital projects with rotating equipment expertise.
• Document savings from reliability improvements.
