Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 10 years of direct experience in a refining or petrochemical environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operations support to ensure safe and reliable unit operation.
• Participate in quarterly production meetings to stay aligned on activities and status.
• Conduct routine field walkthroughs with operations, maintenance, and inspection teams to identify concerns and provide recommendations.
• Support stabilization and recovery from operational upsets.
• Lead or support maintenance planning and execution for critical rotating equipment.
